  • SERA Education Hub: Refers to the platform providing study abroad consultancy services, including university selection, visa assistance, test preparation (IELTS, PTE, etc.), and accommodation support.
  • Service: Refers to the services provided by SERA Education Hub, including but not limited to educational consultancy, visa support, test preparation courses, and student accommodation assistance.
  • User: Any individual or organization using the services provided by SERA Education Hub, including students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Personal Data: Any information that can identify an individual, including but not limited to name, contact information, payment details, and academic records.

2. General Terms

Service Provided “AS IS”

SERA Education Hub offers its services “as is,” with no guarantees or warranties regarding service availability, outcomes, or performance. We strive to provide high-quality consultancy and support, but we cannot guarantee admission, visa approval, or test scores.

Third-Party Collaborations

Our services may involve collaborations with third-party educational institutions, visa agencies, test preparation platforms, and other partners. While we work to ensure smooth interactions with these third parties, SERA Education Hub is not liable for any disruptions or changes to services provided by these third parties.

Company Liability

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization or educational institution, you acknowledge that the company or institution is responsible for all actions taken by its users under this agreement.

3. Rules of Use

By using SERA Education Hub services, you agree to:

  1. Keep your account credentials (username, password, etc.) confidential and secure.
  2. Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account and comply with our Terms.
  3. Take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account and immediately notify us if you suspect any breach of security.
